Sweet Carrot Cupcakes

These are some sweet little carrot cakes with cream cheese icing I brought in for a coworkers birthday a few months ago. Little purple daisies make a shy appearance atop each delicious confection.

She said she brought some home to her son, who is not a carrot cake fan, but that these must have changed his mind since there were two missing the next morning.
